Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defective & Misprinted Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and sealed goods such as face masks which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges Returns for products and size exchanges are offered at our expense and discretion. If we choose to accept a size exchange, a new order will be placed at our expense. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us, and once the return is accepted, we will arrange a new order for you.
Wrong Address If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Return Address The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to us. If you are asked to return an item, please contact us first at hustlerat35@gmail.com for instructions.
European Union If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification — unless the product is made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or is a sealed good unsealed after delivery. According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply in these cases.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We ship worldwide via Printful. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days, with delivery times varying by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
