Shipping policy

Order Processing All our products are made to order and printed by our production partner, Printful. Once you place an order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Please note that once an order is confirmed, we may not be able to edit or cancel it. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at hustlerat35@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Singapore: 3–7 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • United States, Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hustlerat35@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

If carrier tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours or your local post office first, then contact us.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
